our commitment to quality

at the little wild library, we carefully inspect every product before it leaves our hands. we stand behind the quality of our books and merchandise. however, we understand that occasionally defective items may slip through our quality control process.

return policy overview

all sales are final unless the product is defective. we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or other non-defect reasons.

defective products

we will accept returns only for products that are defective. a product is considered defective if it:

•       has missing, torn, or damaged pages

•       has a damaged binding that prevents normal use

•       contains printing errors that make significant portions unreadable

•       is the wrong title despite correct labeling on the receipt

•       arrives with manufacturer defects for non-book merchandise

how to return a defective product

if you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

1. contact us within 14 days

report the defect within 14 days of purchase. contact us by email. please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

2. provide proof of defect

describe the defect and, if possible, provide photos showing the issue. this helps us process your return quickly and improve our quality control.

3. return the product

return the defective product to the little wild library along with your receipt. the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with the defect being the only issue.

resolution options

once we verify the defect, we will offer you:

•       replacement: we will replace the defective product with an identical item if available in stock

•       store credit: if a replacement is not available, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price

•       refund: in exceptional circumstances, we may issue a refund to your original payment method at our discretion

non-returnable items

we cannot accept returns for:

•       products without proof of purchase from the little wild library

•       products that have been used, read, or show signs of wear beyond the original defect

•       products returned after the 14-day window

•       products damaged by the customer after purchase

•       sale or clearance items.
